awful skin

Ok so when i was PG with my DD my skin was awful , really sore spots on my neck, under my chin and my back.

I though they'd leave and never return until i was PG again but the last few months around the same time in each cycle the come back under my chin and neck and forehead , they're like sore lumps under the skin and the feel bumpy over my forehead and around my temples! . Then i have a perion and for a week my skin goes nice again.

What hormone is it causing these , its only since my diagnosis of PCOS that they have come back

I think it's progesterone that causes all the side effects which would tie in with you getting the least spots around AF when the progesterone levels will be the lowest.

I get them at the same time too, my skin is lovely around AF - never understood people saying they are worst then

I also get them under my chin and along my jaw which is apparently the zone associated with hormones.
