Awake time

Romilly's sleep/eat/awake routine is still more or less all over the place!!

The last few days she has been awake for 3-4 hours in the afternoon and this then has a knock on effect of her being a bit grumpy/grizzly for the rest of the day.

We've tried putting her in her Moses basket to get some sleep but she screams blue murder!!

I'm sitting here at the moment waiting for her to wake up, she was fed at 6.30am and has been asleep since.

So any ideas on how we can regulate her sleep/awake time a bit more or do we just go with the flow??

At her age I'd focus on the bedtime routine and everything else just wing it lol! She needs a decent amount of sleep in the day and if she doesn't get it she will be grumpy. Overstimulation can prevent napping.. Lily is still asleep after her last feed at midnight.. She still sleeps all day too
Hope things settle more for u but don't panic she has months to settle into a routine that will stick
