Avent 3month+ teat - advice please

I moved Daniel onto the 3month teat a couple of days ago (he is 12weeks today) and it seems to make him sick afterwards. I moved him because with the number 2 teat he was getting frustrated having to suck so hard to get anything out and would give up trying. Has anyone else has these problems?

maybe he is taking it in to fast and he is sicking up what he cant keep down as it is going in to quickly

My son struggled at first. He would gag and splutter.
After a couple of days he got the hang of it.
