Are you using the "link to offsite avatar" bit in your profile? It won't work if you try uploading it.

Hi Charli

If the image is hosted on photobucket, there is an option there to resize and image for an avatar. I think you need to click edit and then resize or something, but if you get stuck let me know and I'll have a look.

OO I'm so confused - I have a pic on my photobucket - I've changed the size to 67 x 100 but it is still 17kb - how do I make it 10kb?

Hi Alice, i had that problem with mine so i had to edit it in a drawing programme, it has to be 100 x 100 pixels, if you need any more help just ask me and i will try my best ot help.!!
