Arrrrggghhh Kiddicare!

I bought my travel system from them in January but obviously didn't begin using it until last week. I had to email them because the pram is a joke, it goes all over the place like a dodgy shopping trolley and the carrycot is impossible to take out the chassis on my own. Plus there's other stupid things wrong with it. They want me to send it back to be inspected and in its original box. Why the hell would I keep a huuuuuuge box that size for 5 months and I can't go a week without a pram and car seat, especially when he has a hospital appointment once a week.
Wish I just went into a shop and bought one now instead of ordering on the bloody internet!

I had the hauck condor travel system at first and it was awful. It was impossible to get the car seat attached with LO in and the whole frame went wonky really quick. Unfortunately I used it for 3 months before my mum bought me a new system and kiddicare were the same with me. I gave it away in the end lol

It's ridiculous. There's no way I can be without it that long. I was going to order that hauck pram before ordering the baby weavers one. I nearly bought the mother care spin pram, wish I did now.
They must know people don't keep the boxes and also need there pram everyday.
I'll end up paying out for a new pram and having to bin this one. X

The one we had was baby weavers, had hauck over it though. It was baby weavers circle travel system, bloody hate it now lol

Kiddicare just said they would have a look at it and either fix it if it needed or replace it, but if they found nothing wrong I'd have to pay for it to be returned to me, oh and I had to pay to get it back to them too.

I have the mothercare trenton deluxe now and I love it, was cheaper too but so much better quality!

I had a moan at them and they have said if they collect the pram once it has been received they will credit my account so that I can choose another pram. Only problem now is trying to find a massive box to put it in. I'm defo staying clear of that brand though. Seen a britax one that I might get. I will still need to go about 3 days without a pram which is annoying x

At least they're going to let exchange, that's something at least. Let me know what new pram you choose, I love prams these days but my OH has told me 'no more' lol xx
