Arrival of my baby girl

Dear all,

my beautiful baby girl arrived early on Sunday the 26th of November at 12.27pm weighing 6lb and 7oz. She put up quite a struggle and was facing the wrong way. 30 hours of labour, 3 failed ventouse and 1 forceps later on just gas and air and she came out to say hello.

Kaye, read bout your beautiful princess too, they arrived on the same day in the end!

Aw thanks girls, I really wanted a water birth and it was all going that way until the last few hours when they realised she was facing the wrong way. It was too late for an epidural by then so gas and air was the only thing I had available.

I don't really remember too much of the pain, more the tiredness that got me.

OH and I are still debating the name. As soon as we have one shall let all you lovelies know.

She is a real dream, I'm so in love with her
