So just got in the mail my arnica tablets.

Arnica Montana C30K. It has no instructions on it

Anyone know how many per day I am suppose to get???? And if I take them before labor too or I start after birth?

You take 2 every 4 hours for the first day then you take 2 four times a day after that. But you need to make sure you keep them in the cap, don't touch them. Also you're apparently supposed to put them under your tongue but I've just been swallowing them! Woops. Didn't realise til I just read the instructions til now  xx

Great thread as was wondering this too. When do I start taking them? X

I found on one site that you can start getting them when you get in labor but I suppose that's the last thing we will think to do once in labor lol so I will probably get a couple before leave home and that's it until after birth?

I think you can start taking them a few weeks before, I believe it's recommended if you're expecting a c-section. I only started taking them after because I hadn't really heard of arnica before my section. I think the cream is really working as my wound is just an incision line now, no scabby bits or redness anymore. It's not even been five weeks yet so I think this is good progress.
I don't think there's any right or wrong time to start taking it, so I guess it's up to you!! xx

Fantastic stuff Arnica I used it with my first... I took them for a few days and was soon more comfortable, but then I had no stitches thankfully!!
