are sore bleeding nipples normal??

im 26 weeks pregnant and both of my nipples are sore but my right one even more so. it feels raw when anything touches it. it has also bled slightly. is this normal?

Hi Hun the soreness is def normal, mine are super sensitive especially to the cold I feel like to bullets that have knives in them
As for the bleeding I'd say no, is it coming from inside eg like milk or are they cracked etc. I'd pop to drs best to get it sorted now x.

Mine sometimes get dry and sore but I have been putting cream on them after a shower for a week or two and that seems to have done the trick. I would go and see your gp if you are worried though.
