So I’m 22 & recently took a positive pregnancy test (bizarre as hell and I don’t know how to feel about it as I’ve always been told I was infertile/unable to conceive).
I’m not sure yet how far along I am, but am due to see a GP in the next two weeks.
I didn’t realise I was pregnant for about 4 weeks or so (maximum) because I was getting ‘period’ cramps.
Now I know it’s not time-of-the-month (I’m under 6.5 stone so I’ve never been regular) I’ve noticed how unlike normal dysmenorrhea this is.
I get them maybe 5-10 times a day, always after orgasm, and often after food. They vary in where they are but they are ALWAYS extreme.
I have had very bad periods since I started at 14 (e.g. cramps, vomiting, nosebleeds, asthma attacks). But these are so so bad. I feel like someone’s put a chicken skewer through my side.
Is this normal? I’ve read up on first trimester cramping & none of the articles seem to indicate it is reason for concern as there are no other symptoms... But OW?!

Also this is unrelated but if any of you have experience as single mums with mental health disorders: the dad isn’t a boyfriend. We’ve been seeing one another 2 months. He’s moving abroad to China in January... and I’m unsure where to turn. Do any of you know of any resources in the UK?
