Are kicks supposed to hurt??

Ok so first of all i'm mega excited because OH finally got to feel an outside kick, was a lot stronger than ever before!

But is baby kicking supposed to be painful? It wasn't like agony cos over in seconds but felt a little bit sharp. Does anyone know if thats normal or not???

Some of mine hurt, it depends what body part he uses and where on me he uses it and how hard!!! The worst are when they bang against your downstairs bits feels like he's taking a sharp hammer to my cervix its enough to make you yelp and jump out of your chair!!! Not all of his kicks hurt but some defo do, I think its quite normal unless its hurting all the time especially as they get bigger and start running out of room!!

They're not painful for me yet, not really anyway. But some of them can be very strong and very shocking!
Some even make me jump with shock

It sounds pretty normal to me hun. He/She will be jabbing you in the ribs in no time xxx
