Has anyone been to any aquanatal classes? I'm considering going tomorrow but was wondering what it entails?

Is it really physical? I don't know if I can manage something particularly strenuous.

its like aerobics n water but relaxed n u do as much as u can manage

Cheers bev. I think I'll give it a pop tomorrow then if it's not really physical

they lead u in exercises n you do as much or as little as u feel able to. just being in the water is such a relif to the weight of bump

This was on my list of things to do whilst on leave but I've not got there yet

I have a friend that goes and she really rates it due to the feeling of being weightless

If I didn't panic in a puddle I'd be doing this, the feeling of weightlessness would just be amazing I reckon

ive heard good things about this, would love to go but unfortunately they only do it monday evenings and i wont be home fro work, maybe on mat leave xxx

It's Fab, I used to be an aqua teacher you'll love it! You do as much as you like and the teachers are usually great at making sure you don't get too hot or puffed out. Enjoy :) x

Well I was full of good intentions but sadly I overslept. Friday it is... Lol
