is it ok to put aptimil in the fridge after its been made?????, on the pack it says use within 1 hour but i always thought ya could make it and keep it for a little longer :? :? :? :?

things have probably changed alot, last bottle i made was my bro's about 10 years ago lol but i remember storing it so we didnt have to make em all through the night, it was different milk tho

I used to make up 24 hours worth, shove it in the fridge and it'll keep for 24 hours, They say it's not advised, but alot of people do it. Any yes, that was with Aptimil :)

Yeah they have changed the instructions on all milk now, not just aptimil.
It's ok for a few hours though.
You could get one of those divider-pot things and store your boiled water ready in the bottles, and have the powder measured in the pot so you just have to tip it in and shake at feed time.

I do the same as urchin.... make up all the water and put it in the fridge until needed. then add powder when needed and heat bottle.

but health visitors are telling you to make EVERY bottle fresh now, water and powder!!! yer right!!!!!
