I think i must have every problem going lol - anyone got any ideas to ease a stinking cold?? MW said i could have 2 lemsips a day but lets face it - my wee is stronger that that!!!

i took paracetomol just before i went to bed to try and ease it. also tried to inhale vicks in boiling water. (very hard to do). all my gp gave me was saline drops, felt like a baby having those.

i really feel for you, horrible having colds on top of pregnancy.

I had this problem a few weeks ago - to the extent that I wasn't even sleeping as my nose was so blocked!!

I just used steam, olbas oil, lots of tissues and some menthol sweets to stop me coughing and just sat it out and waited for it to pass - I could have killed for sudofed or beechams!!

ahh beechams lol would love some right now - thanks for the ideas, may have a steamy bath when i get home from work, and something with chocolate in it...
