Hi everyone,
I had a missed miscarriage when I was 10 weeks in February and had a d&c, I'm now waiting on my cycles to return and we've agreed we will try again. We are going on holiday to Paris next month so have decided to wait until after this and try in May.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on things i could be doing from now to get healthy for when we start trying in May? I know I can be taking vitamins and folic acid and obviously cut down on alcohol from now and eating better. Anything else? Thanks xx
