anyone tried the Davina workout video?

Was looking at the Davina pre and post pregnancy workout video... I'm not one for dancing in front of the TV, but if it's gonna help me get my shape back, I may as well give it a go.

Wondered if anyone had tried it, thought it was good or bad, or had any other after pregnancy workouts they could suggest?

I tried the post pregnancy one. Sorry to say but the woman is a sadist. I collapsed after about 10 mins and I'm used to going to the gym regularly
