I dont know if anyone will remember me, I have been away for well over a year! For those that do..... and for those that dont

So i'm Jax and live near Cardiff (originally from Kent) with my fiance and our gorgeous baby girl Jessica, who we TTC for 4 years before having IVF which worked first time

I also have 2 teenage girls who are 18 and 15.

Looking forward to catching up with some familiar names and getting to know new ones!
