Anyone got an early Bounty Pack?

In the first or second Bounty pack there was a leaflet/booklet of a company that made bunting that you could get your childs name printed on to...... anyone know the one I mean?

O h I know the book you mean, you could get teddies, plates etc with name, dob etc on it?
