Anyone else's LO wake when the sun rises?

We've not long moved house, in our last house we had thick curtains & blinds in our room which let in a bit of light but not much. Kayden would always sleep late. In our new house the blinds are a nightmare, let in every bit of light. Which means LO is always up around 6ish.

What does everyone else do, does your LO's sleep through the light shining? Cant afford to get a black out blind or curtain for at least another month.

Dont wana go down the tin foil route.

Could you somehow tie a sheet / blanket too the blinds?

Kynon wakes too but then he would wake if a pin dropped! I can get him back to sleep though luckily, its just another wake up and feed session to him. Have you got a heavy blanket you could peg up? I used to do that when i worked night shift go summer and couldn't sleep?

The gro anywhere black out blind is really good. I have just had a quick look and there are some on eBay. Worth looking at until you can get the blind it curtain you want. I also take mine with us on hol and when stay at relatives.
