Anyone else terrified?

Hi, I am 6 weeks plus 1 (based on LMP) but only judging this on a few BFPs as not seen the doctor yet. Does anyone else worry that without bloods they're not even pregnant? Weeing like a carthorse, have lower abdominal cramps and sore outside bb's, super tired but no other symptoms. Maternity services said they'll send a letter in the next fortnight. Meanwhile I am freaking out. I am 39 and this would be my first. I had M/C when I was in my early 20's. Feel like this my only chance.

If your home pregnancy test came back positive, it's pretty likely you're pregnant, especially with the symptoms you've been experiencing. But I understand, it can be a bit of a shock and you wonder "is this real?!" I'm 6 weeks and have very few symptoms as well, so it definitely doesn't feel real at times.

Congratulations. Your def pregnant. Hcg shows up in your blood before the urine. So blood results will show your pregnant. Not sure where you are but my doctors don’t test blood they just refer straight to Midwife. I totally get that your worried. It’s natural. I am 39 too so I get it can be an extra worrying time. Xx

Hi, I’m 7 +1 and first timer, I have had similar situation to you. I would say your home pt is probably correct going to the midwife will help you. Here if you need anything x

I felt like this all the way up until my 12 week scan with my Daughter. I was convinced they’d find nothing in there, despite the morning sickness. But no, there she was and I was relived but also shocked - I truly had convinced myself that I was having a phantom pregnancy or something. Sounds insane, I know, but when you want something so badly - I guess we make things up in our mind to prepare us for the worst.
