Anyone else feeling sorry for themselves? It's not even because of my symptoms really. I'm 35 weeks with baby five and I feel like everyone is having a go at me. My Mother is quite a tricky character, still thinks I'm 15 (although I'm 41) and as much as I love her, I feel so irritated by her all the time. I have good intentions but within minutes of being in her company, she drives me crazy and makes me snappy and sarcastic! I have a couple of friends who are older ladies - early 70's like my Mum - and she gets so jealous! It drives me nuts!! I have been snappy with her but with good reason.
My husband told me to 'back off' as Mum is old, last night and Ive just had my Dad (who I normally get on brilliantly with) on the phone telling me to be nice to her! No mention of her being mean about my older friends, her nagging and interfering or undermining me I front of my children!!
My eldest daughters are just about to start their GCSEs and A'levels - my brother is getting married, and this baby is due right in the middle of it all. Not to mention my five year old and my 10 year old to care for.
It's no wonder I'm feeling stressed. I've got SPD, im awake sonny times a night to pee that I may as well sleep on the loo - I've got shocking heartburn and morning sickness again, I'm on BP meds and so anxious about labour.
Someone tell me they feel miserable too!!?? Xx

Good lord woman, what a time to be 35 weeks pg! Firsty, massive hugs cus you have a lot on your plate.

I totally feel you re your mom, my mom is very....helpful, shall we say. I know she means well but uuurgh, sometimes her input is just really not needed. Your husband might just be playing devil's advocate but that's not very supportive of you!

Big hugs hun, you're not alone!

Im feeling a little miserable too! Iv had a stomach bug and really painful BH! Then I find out I have dislocated my pelvis yay x joys of pregnancy x im 35 weeks too and sleep is a challenge to say the least x chin up hon we won't have to wait too much longer now x

Aww I'm sorry your feeling like that... I'm 29+2 and I'm feeling fed up although I do seem to have it a bit easier than you!! This is my 1st so I only have myself to worry about, I'm having to work right up my due date, I'm sooooo tired and on top of work I have uni work to do! I've got through most of it now though! my oh mum drives me insane, we live with her ATM whilst we save for a deposit and she constantly makes remarks like "this room is to hot for a baby, you need to sort that" constantly nagging, I can't really say anything though as she's doing us a favour letting us stay here =\ my oh gets it the worst, she thinks he's her slave! I'm struggling to sleep at night as well with this awkward baby lol! How were your previous births? Do you have a birth plan? xxx
