Hi ladies

I’m almost 6 weeks and I want to scratch his eyes out! He makes me so angry I just see red and pick fights. He isn’t a pushover he gives as good as he gets which makes me even more annoyed because I’m pregnant! (Self entitlement much?!).

This baby was planned and we have been trying for 5 years we should be so happy :-(

I also hate my poor dog too. All I can think about is how many germs he’s spreading around the house!

I take it this is hormones??

Ha ha, this sounds familiar, I felt especially angry at everyone around that time, I had a really short temper and was really grumpy. It lasted a few weeks and subsided mostly, I’m 14 weeks now and I can still be a bit up and down some days but the rage has really calmed down x

I find lane annoys me more lol, I miss him terribly and want him home when he's at work but once he's home I'm wishing he was at work, I find smells really bad and over powering too and to say he can just brush his teeth or shower to me he still smells bad and it makes me gag some times which really hurts his feelings and I feel so bad I try to hold it in and away from him, he doesn't get it as before I was pregnant we was sooo close we did everything together and and a very touchy feely couple but now I want to be left alone I'm hoping it passes very soon as I enter second trimester xx

I'm almost 4 weeks, so it's very early on. But last week I absolutely blew up at my OH for no reason other than he was stood too close to me for a split second as he walked past. OMG it was the worst argument we've ever had, I was screaming, threatening to walk out. I couldn't even believe it.

Since the BFP we have laughed about the argument now and understand where it came from. But I never ever ever want an argument like that again, although hormones will be changing and I'm sure more is coming!

So it's definitely hormone related then! When I tried to say this to oh he said 'you aren't using this as an excuse for the next 8 months!'. I can see where he's coming from, it's not fair to go off on one and then use that as an excuse....saying that though I literally have no control over it and I don't do it on purpose!

Exactly!! I got the whole "it's no excuse" talk too. I fear I might be in prison soon for hurting OH!! He is stressing me out so much I have a headache.. I don't think anyone realises what we put the poor men through whilst pregnant haha x

I didn't think it would affect me this badly. I think I/we should try and imagine if it was the other way around and our husband's were having a go at us all the time. I know if it were me I'd be dreading the next 8 months.

There is a saying wher my patents originate from, that when a pregnant woman hates or is disgusted with her husband during her pregnancy. The baby will come out looking like him .. lol

I've had it the other way round, my husband keeps blaming the slightest thing that annoys me on my hormones. I'm like 'No! There just is no reason for .... already using me as a chauffeur/ not washing up after yourself etc'. He is making my rage lol.
