Anyone else get BAD PMT since coming off the jab?

I never had much PMT before aside from the odd tummy ache and chocolate craving, but since I came off the injection in May I get it BAD, I mean im a total nightmare in the week leading up to AF. I get angry, miserable, argumentative, needy, paranoid, insecure, unreasonable u name it! I am driving my bf mad!! Anyone else had this?

I came off the pill a few months ago and since that I've had absolutely disgusting skin, painful periods, bad moods...the lot! It's just annoying because it makes me think I'm preggers every month!

Hey I came of the injection after Xmas an I was the same my moods were all over the place,
They have calmed down now thou to my oh relief lol,
