Take some paracetamol - it's perfectly safe in pregnancy!
Get some lemons, have hot water with lemon juice in it (add a bit of sugar to make it sweeter) You can also use oranges for Vitamin C, but lemons are better I think.
Drink plenty of water, bananas are great for giving you energy.
Get as much rest/sleep as you can.
Put your head over a hot bowl of water, put a towel over your head and breathe in deeply - or have a very steamy shower.
