any ideas 2 cure back ache???

hi guys

i know back ache is part and parcel of pregnancy, but any1 got any ideas how i can ease mine a bit. its killing me iv tried laying flat, on my side on all 4s. tried a hot water bottle on my back and nothing seems 2 be working. its now starting to spread round to my sides. i never had this with my 1st pregnancy and i was much bigger then.

any ideas would be great.

Have a nice warm bath, that really soothed mine when pregnant! especially with some radox muscle soak!

tried that 1 too, didnt work. thanks anyway just another 5wks 2 put up with now so not that long. its just really got me down 2 day. been in tears all day

awwwww hun, i know what its like, i suffered with it bad throughout my pregnancy. i dont think it helps that im so tall either!! its so frustrating not being able to do anything about it either. try taking some paracetamol?
