i no it says on the instructions to apply once in the morning and in the evening and after a bowel movement but has anyone else applied it more than that. i am really suffering i have been using the cream for 3 days now and it still kills, its almost like im giving birth and i even had to sit in bath today to ease the pain
so just wondered if i should apply every 4 hours or something

I know it says that they should clear up in a few days of using it. I think you find it relives the pain then use it when it hurts but If your still having probs in a few more days then a visit to the docs might be worth it. Try eating lots of high fiber stuff to help it when you go to toilet and drink loooaaads of water xxxxx Hope your feeling better soon x
