My poor little Tilly has had 2 really bad nappies in the space of 2 hours and I have been taking these tablets since this morning.

Do you think it could be linked? She is rather unsettled as well.

I'm gonna be miffed if my breastfeeding is affected by this bloody episiotomy rupture.

i had antibiotics when alyssa was 3 days old and they didnt seem to affect her hun

I've been on anti biotics since theo was born and he's had some tummy aches and bad nappies, but it should settle Hun because I am still taking them and he's fine now xx

I had some antibiotics, they made sure they were suitable for use with breastfeeding. My LO's nappies were a greenish colour but heard it's normal with antibiotics going through your milk. Pharmacist said if any rash came up to call doctor.

What's the tablets Hun I had two courses of fluxocillin and didn't have any problems.
When you say bad is it runnier or slot of it?
Hope you both ok x

Are you giving her infacol hun? I've been giving it to Albert for colic and he exploded in a shower of shite last night, it was horrible :(. Had another episode a few hours later but it seems to have cleared whatever was griping his tummy so maybe she's clearing out. You can look on the BMD website for info about any tablets authorised in the UK, I think NICE also has a website where you can check stuff if you are worried xxxxxxxxx

I asked the pharmacist and he said they were safe but Tilly had an explosive poo . She was covered in shit!! It was on the carpet up her back, in her hair everywhere. And the next nappy was similar too.

I have been using infacol but I've been using that for a few days now so wasn't sure if it was that?

Ps the tablets are metronidazole and cefelaxin or something like that,

My boof stitches are not good today, they have started to get very sore.

I've stopped the infacol as he seems fine now and it was savage. If he needs it again I think I'll just give him half a pipette rather than a whole one and see how he goes. Has she stopped griping now? It must be so painful for them :(

those were what i had and if anything alyssa has always been the opposite and dosent poo often.
one of those pills tastes foul too. think it was the cefalexin..
