Another Tattoo Question

I want to get a tattoo, but I am afraid to commit to anything! I really want to get one but it is a bit out of character for me (exactly why I want it). I have some ideas but the one I am favoring the most now is a small red-haired (very non-disney) mermaid on the back of my shoulder, a tribute to my daughter who is a little redhead. However, I know it is perhaps a bit tacky-should I go for it?

hey hun, I think that sounds gorgeous! Do you have a pic of how it might turn out? I say go for it, you only live once! And esp. as it's a tribute to your daughter, I doubt you'll end up regretting it!
