How many points are in a greggs mexican chicken snadwhic? with no mayo though. How can you find out the points of these things as im starting to get scared of eating out as i dont know how many points are in stuff :(
 
No idea, but switch to diet tonic and it's bound to be better!

Have a fab night, just remember that alcohol loosens your resolve........enlist a friend to drag you away from the kebab van at 3am!! :D
 
yep ive got low calorie tonic, also ive not eaten owt but a salad just in case i end up eating a little takeawy, thanks chick :hug:

I actually miss my weightwatchers diet!!
I was adviced to stop it when I found out I was pregnant :(
I still no most of the points of by heart so if you need any just ask :)

I read your other thread and I just wanted to let you no that for every 4 polos, there is half a point in them :)

the forums (click on 'community'- you have to register but it's free) at http://www.weightwatchers.co.uk are really good and the other ladies really motivating. And a whole board about points questions to each other. And challenges you can join for ladies who want to help each other lose weight by specific dates to motivate each other, such as 'december diva' etc :)

My name is 'acropolis' on there but I don't post a lot as I always end up whenever I go on there weighing less than I thought so no need to do it much lol, then when I'm not worried about the weight so much for a couple of weeks it has sneaked back on.

The trick for me is to have nothing nice in the house and no money on me for takeaways, just salad in the fridge :lol:

Have lots of 'no count' food (nil points) too such as make ratatouille, or gazpacho soup is easy to make, then you can scoff as much of these as you want throughout the day and it stops you being as hungry.

It's easy for me to say all this though and still not have he discipline to resist takeaways etc.
 
i buy the monthly pass and on that u can go on net and theres a point finder that is excat to calarorie and sat fat i love it
that stupid points finder they give u on 1st day isnt always accurate
 
ive just ordered a points calulator and a recipie book im sick of eating the same stuff :lol:
