My name is 'acropolis' on there but I don't post a lot as I always end up whenever I go on there weighing less than I thought so no need to do it much lol, then when I'm not worried about the weight so much for a couple of weeks it has sneaked back on.
The trick for me is to have nothing nice in the house and no money on me for takeaways, just salad in the fridge
Have lots of 'no count' food (nil points) too such as make ratatouille, or gazpacho soup is easy to make, then you can scoff as much of these as you want throughout the day and it stops you being as hungry.
It's easy for me to say all this though and still not have he discipline to resist takeaways etc.
