Hi all,

Another new person to Tri 2 here
I'm 37, Irish but living in New Zealand where myself and hubby have a dairy farm.
This is our 2nd baby, but it's all just as exciting and nerve wrecking as it was first time round.

Feels great to be here and to see all the familiar names!

Yep Sarah - I have to say it's pretty hard going! But it's about to get much harder... about 350 of our cows are due to start calving late next month so that means, late nights, early mornings and middle of the night runs to the nursery paddock to help the cows with their deliveries. And then once baby cows have arrived it's my job to feed and nurse them after they leave their mothers (we only leave them with them for 2 days so they can get the colostrum ) So basically from July - October, things will be pretty flat out!!! Then I have 2 months to rest and recuperate and get ready for my own little bundle to arrive. Busy times!!!
