im getting really really annoyed with them now.
its been 12 weeks since i put my claim in, ive been awarded it (so they tell me every time i call) but ive still not recieved a penny from them.
they had to wait for my income support claim to be stopped so they could refund them whatever they were owed, even though when i first started claiming they informed me i was entitled to both....anyway, my IS has stopped now and ive been living off nothing for 2 weeks. and im 2 weeks behind with my rent as housing only pay half of it as im under 25.
ive rang them constantly for the past 3 days and all ive got in an engaged tone
