Ohhhh clare..... my SIL is due any day! Its all anyones talkin aboutttt!!! Im really excited and cant wait to meet him but im super scared that ill cry my eyes out wen i hold him cuz he'd only be 6weeks older than my baba

Kezzi I get scared I'll embarrass myself when I meet any new baby.

But I always find when I do meet them you of course think they're adorable. But I find you've so much to talk about and stuff that you sort of don't have the chance to dwell while you're there.

I'm always super scared beforehand and wish I didn't have to see them. But I've always had a lovely cuddle and felt fine about it.

You'll be surprised how OK it'll be. Xxx

And just think. When you have an adorable newborn they'll have a screaming toddler! Mwahaha!

Babybook is driving me bonkers too! Lol. I'm 28 so feel in that age where all my friends are either with child or pregnant.

My sister's just had a baby boy and, although it's hard when you're thinking 'why not me?!', I absolutely adore him and it's amazing being an auntie. My SIL is due in February so I'll be the odd one out! Fx we get our soon and we can get all our friends with babies back by flooding their FB feeds with updates on our pregnancies

to get to the exit at my john lewis you haev to go through the baby and nursery department absolutely breaks my heart if im on AF or makes me super excited if im around ov and 2ww time! from being though it so many times and seeign all the stuff Ive decided that I want a uppababy vista or a bugaboo lol

Latest update on Babybook of a girl who feels so great in her maternity winter wardrobe. SHHHH!

I was kinda hoping that being round baby stuff and babies would get the body in tune for a happy egg... this might make sense in my head only!

CD 1-9 - AVOID BABY SHOPS AT ALL COSTS!!! (sometimes growl at them too)

CD 9-15 - Ok maybe just a little peek through the window....

CD 15-28 - Skip into the shop and choose EVERYTHING ur 'peanut(??)' will wear/eat/sit/bounce/bath/play with!!!

CD 1-9...........AVOID BABY SHOPS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Sophie, I'm the same - just logged on to FB and saw 2 girls from school with their updates within 10 minutes of each other. Yes, it was about back pain/being tired etc. but still! I then sat and worked out that about 20% of my friends list are preggers or have just had/partners have had a baby!

Now i know every one is different and each to their own but ROARRRRRRRR!!!

And heres moi given up drinkin/smokin, trying to get an arse like kylies minogues, eating all kinda of pills everyday and i STILL cant get preg/keep my babbas.

Haha. I love the baby shopping day by day.

So true.

I've pre-bought loads of cloth nappies.

CD 1-5 I don't go near them. Then as the days go on I start trying them on teddy bears, sorting them out. Then by CD20 I'm buying more and looking at clothes.

Urgh. It's like a disease.

Also the same with FB friends.

I have them who are preg/got newborns and are out drinking and smoking and partying.

Except for CDs 1-4 when I have 1 glass of wine and some coffee the rest of the month I have no alcohol, caffeine or aspartame. And of course take my vits every day.

Poor hubby hasn't had a drink in 5 months!! What a lovely man. I so want for him to be able to have a Christmas beer.

Oh some of our fellas are so gud aint they.
Mine did 3mths without alcohol until we went cyprus last week and i told him to fill his boots!
He's bin a good'n really.

(Even tho a couple of times ive nearly thrown his xbox out the window.....) Heehee.

Think im guna have a couple of tipples in dec for my bday and xmas.
Sods law this'll be the month i fall preggers!!!

some ppl just dont know how bloody lucky they are, my worst was seeing a girl - must have been about 7-8 months along and she was drunk, not tipsy, actually drunk, bloody outrage!!!
