Annoying twitches and sensations

Hey Girls!

So I'm getting annoying twitches in my uterus area. They're not painful, but it feels like my tummy is flipping over. I've also got a bit of dizziness and tiredness going on as well as burning/tingly nips. I'm not due on until next week and I don't want to get my hopes up but have any of you have the uterus or nipple sensations and been in the very early stages of pregnancy?

I'm so hoping that we've managed it this month (I would have been due on sunday if we hadn't miscarried in march)

Anyway any replies would be great!

Am not sure about this, i have only ever experianced quick sharp pulling pain which is described as implantation pain, hope this is what it is for you, Goodluck!! x

i had the twinges all throughout my 2ww but no sore nipples or anything but thats the norm for me i get that a week or so after a bfp lol! still gettin the twinges now, good luck hun hope this is the start of something good xx
