Annoying itch

For a few weeks now my jawline and neck is really itchy. There's no rash or redness and its mainly in the morning and at night. It's driving me crazy!

i have a slight red rash on my neck at the moment and an itchy jaw line too, doing my head in! i do have eczema though so its nothing new for me, I think its flared up due to the heat though! xxx
