Hi all,

Its my sisters 10th wedding anniversary coming up, I don't usually get a gift but as its 10 years I thought I should. I have found it hard to think of something for both of them, I don't want to get anything novelty but was thinking of making up a hamper/basket type gift of wine and some nice chocs etc, I am going to wrap it in cellophane etc like shops do. It will probably be more aimed at my sister-do you think that's ok? and do you think its a good idea? Any other ideas appreciated x

Sounds like a lovely idea! Have you got any photos of the two of them that they won't have? Might be nice to print off and frame for them?

Thanks Titch, I don't think I have, they don't live close by so don't see them as often as I would like to take photos but that's a nice idea. I could ask my nephews if they have one x

I don't think it matters that lots of the gifts will be for her, but why not add things that they can enjoy together - nice cheeses / crackers, chutneys, etc? I'm thinking consumables that they both like... and the photo will be a nice finishing touch that they can keep hold of when all the food is gone! xx

FYI... 10 years = tin, so maybe you could include tins of things as joke items? I bet you could find tins of some unusual things that they could try for a laugh!
