I think ice cube trays are as good as anything... I think I may have a book about that I won't use, will try and find it tomorrow

i just used icecube trays wrapped in clingfilm too! i've only got the one book now, it was a freebie in a magazine, bloody house moves, you lose so much stuff! PM me your address and i'll pop it in the post next time i pass the post office xx

the asda little angels trays are very similar to ak but ALOT CHEAPER!!!!! and they are frezzer, dishwasher and microwave safe too!!!

I have the AK food grinder and 2 freezer trays with lids. I shared the books with my friend so cant offer that Im afraid but you could order it from your library for free? You'll only use it for the first month anyway.

I've got two different types- I've got ones that velcro round with a hook underneath and some that clip on (look like a nose clip that swimmers use). I got them both from amazon which was cheaper and free delivery! The first clips are better as the other ones sometimes slip off when you have bags on them!I think their called happy sunshine or something like that!x
