Animated Siggys/avatars

I love doing photoshop, not much cop but Ill give it a bash, What I would love to try and learn are those fancy animated ones, just wondering if anyone knows of a good prgram to use, thats..

***easy to use
***free or pinchable off ISO
***isnt gonna jam my comp

Please dont say go buy one coz hubby wont allow me to!!!!

You should be able to use Image Ready which comes with Photoshop for basic animation. Other than that you need Macromedia Flash or simular x
