Angus castus

Does anyone on here take Angus castus? I took it before conceiving my first but now can't remember how much to take and when in my cycje to take it! Can anyone help please!

Hey I dont any more, But I took it to on CD1 until I ovulated, and I took 1-2 pills every evening, depending on strength
I think mine were 60mg

Thanks I thought that was what I took but when I googled everyone was saying different! And Iv just noticed auto correct has changed my spelling to Angus castus instead of agnus castus lol x

I'm taking two a day. They're 1000mg each. I got these ones:

They're round tablets rather than capsules (which I struggle to swallow).

I usually have 40-60 day cycles and started these this cycle. I took the liquid version when last TTC and found it helped shorten my cycles
