Amber necklaces/bracelets for LO.

I've heard and read that amber necklaces for LO's when they're little are meant to be really good and soothing for teething.

Just wondered what peoples' opinions are on them and if anyone has experience with them.
Also what age to start LO wearing them?!

(I know I'm far off yet. just curious lol)

My friend used one with her little one and it helped a lot really soothed her, she used it from about 5-6 months and she still uses it now.

I will also be using one but I will make it myself being a Jewellery maker anyway I don;t wanna pay the prices for a made one when I can do it myself, stingy I know
