Just booked a private gender scan for this friday, I just want to be sure that the sonographer was right

hello. ive read up that they dont get boys wrong on scans. they can get girls wrong coz there testes havent formed yet so it looked liek a girl but they must of seen somthing to say its a boy.

although if you booked a 3rd , you might be a bit mad lol

it's just that they said they can never be 100% sure and she only looked for a couple of seconds and said thats a boy

I was lucky to have a repeat anomoly scan cos madam was being awkward so had confirmation there but I dont think I would have been so certain if I hadnt had the second one... we've since had the 4D too which confirmed girl

No your not mad, ive been thinking the same Cos ive got a few blue babygrows since the scan but i really want everything prepared before he's born.

That's not true and I have the blue nursery, boxes of boy clothes and blue pushchair to prove it... hehehehehehehe...

I was "shown" boy bits.. a willy and some testicles that happened to "vanish" during our next scan... It's now a girl apparently.

I had an extra scan after I was told this baby was going to be a girl... and then a 3D one cos I still didn't believe it...

Aww babylicious I know how you feel.

After today hubby is convinced he saw boy bits but for the sonographer to say she wouldn't like to lay her life on it and she couldn't be certain it has planted a seed of doubt in my mind

Squiglet I actually told hubby about what happened to you to try and prepare him for a change of gender
