DH is really bad at buying presents, and always, always gets me to buy my own.

But this year, he's got me all surprises! I did mention a couple of books to him a while ago, so hopefully have those, and have given Kayleigh the names of 2 CD's that I wanted, but apart from that, they are all surprises!! In fact, I can't even remember the CD's I told Kayleigh, so even they are now surprises!!!!!

I'm already practising my happy face in the mirror, especially for the present he told me cost him over £100!!!!!

Anyone else getting surprises, or do you know what you are getting??

Im getting mostly vouchers so that after ive had LO I can give it a few weeks and go and buy a whole new wardrobe! Clothes is what I need the most and they are so personal, dont think id trust OH to get me clothes?! (Unless I specifically pointed out what I wanted lol)

Think he is also buying me a criminal belt I saw on Ebay??

Mum and dad also giving me vouchers and the rest of the family.

Have also casually mentioned that id like an autobiography, a jewellery box, new diary, and some chocolate of course

Im still prepared for the 'cringey' present, you always get one :|

I never have a clue what i am getting, even though i drop hints from November

These hints usually go straight over his head though bless him

He got me a new belly bar last year, Jack was only 2 months old so i accepted gratefully, but have never worn it as it is a showy one and who wants to see my flabby belly hanging out

Oh i could go on...

So my 'Oh thank you darling' face is ready and waiting

Gosh i sound dead ungrateful don't i??

I know ive got an LG Choc phone in red, and he knows I got him a psp and a couple of games he wanted, but ohter than that all surprises!

Though he did make laugh last night, He was off work weds and when I got home from work I found a note on the desk that he had obviously put on the window at some point during the day saying "delievery driver, back in 5 mins please wait", so hes obviously had something delivered and my child-like curiosity is driving me insane lol, he doesnt know I know, and lastnight he didnt finish work till 8 - I got home about 5 (drunk after an office party lol) there was ANOTHER note he had left laying about saying "please deliver to no 21" and then he phoned about 6, saying how knackered he was and when he got home would I mind doing a run to McDonalds, obviously so he can pick up this mysterious delievery from next door lol.

I swear if he ever cheated on me I would find out soooo quickly, I am detective  :rotfl:

Arghhh i would be going insane searching the house

He takes mine to my mums so i can't rummage about, cos he knows what i am like, in fact before we had kids and the pressies were under the tree he would only put mine under at the last minute so i couldn't mess with them

IMe and my sis still prod about under my mums tree more so to wind her up but for gods sake we are 28 and 23 :rotfl:

LMAO - some things we just never grow out of, and nor should we!!!

me and hubby aren't getting anything this year :(

we agreed not to get each other anything as i've just taken a big pay cut in order to work closer to home, so we have decided to save our money to buy all the baby stuff we're going to need.

but we just had our 12 week scan and i saw our perfect little baby on the screen, so that's the best present i could have wished for!!!! :)

we've got some great stuff for all the kids though, and going to be seeing loads of friends and family all next week so going to have a great time anyway

I've no idea what Richard has got me and he doesnt know what i have got him either.
