all of you who have received your free mam bottles

have any of you had any problems with them or is it just me?

we keep or bottles in the fridge with the boiled water in them, took out the free bottle and the bottom 'fell off' so all the water was all over the floor.

i followed the instructions on sterilizing and reassembling the bottle and it didnt leak or show any signs of coming apart when i put it in the fridge the bottom of the bottle was screwed on securely.

have i done something wrong or is the bottle faulty?

I've used mam bottles since Maia was a few weeks old and I think they are great, but I have had a few leakage issues with them. The following tips might help.

Make sure the white plastic ring is properly pushed into the base of the bottle.
Do the bottle up quite tight but not too tight or the plastic ring can buckle a bit and cause a leak.
When you fill up the bottles if you use freshly boiled water like I do then leave the lid slightly loose so any air can escape.
Also loosen the lid when you reheat.
