ahh i feel a bit silly now!

well i think i can pretty much discard this whole months chart! been worried sick about my low bbt and came across something thismorning about thermomitor placement when taking temps saying it should be placed on the 'heat pocket' of the tongue, iv just hav mine under the tip of my tongue each time! took my temp again (yes iv moved about a bit but was freezing as heating hasnt come on!) and it was nearly a full degree higher..........shall have to see what next cycles like..............if af ever arrives haha but at least my chart still shows a thermal shift all beit a low one! xxx

I have heard that they recommend that u take temp before getting out of bed in the morning x x

There's so much to learn! I've been looking at the fertility friend website and it's got lots of info about BBT and other stuff too - have you checked this out?? x
