After miscarriage but not bled yet. How long does hcg take to drop?

Hey all. Me again! Lol I'm still not bleeding but I'm having loads of white creamy discharge. Is this just a lingering pregnancy sign or something that happens with a miscarriage? I'm not concerned about infection as it's got no odour, pain or smell. Xx
