After a 12 day wait....

Our baby finally arrived!!!

Went in for induction Saturday morning to have waters popped. Told waters must have gone and there was thin meconium so needed To go to delivery that was 11am.

No room on delivery so waited around until half 5 when they reopened. Had waters broken (!) at 6:30 and allowed til 8:30 to get going on my own before I had to have the drip. Checked at 9 and 4cm so could carry on.

At 10 I was 6 cm and the contractions very intense. Still Hypnobirthing through it all at this point. Ten minutes later things were very intense so took has an air. Felt like I needed to push. Told not to because not quite 10cm, baby had other ideas though and after one big push the head was right there! Once that was out one big push and our baby was here

Having been so sure I was having another boy I was pretty shocked to see a perfect little girl.

Baby Daisy Annabel - born at 22:26 weighing in at 8lbs 6oz. She's amazing and I can't get over how much I love her and her big brother

I can't believe she was the very last one. What a diva! Both April 2014 mummies and now November babies born on the same day so lovely. Xx
