AF - worse than normal

Hello,

This may be just me, but since we started TTC in December, the dreaded AF seems to be worse than normal when she visits Nothing too drastic to worry about (I hope!), but just generally feel more rotten and seems to be a more painfull than usual...

Has anyone else experienced this?

Mine have always been hell. Sometimes I feel like I cant walk, my legs shake They havent got worse since TTC though, thank god.

were you on the pill prior to TTC? I know periods are generally worse when off the pill.

Mine have gradually gotten worse over my last 3 cycles since coming off the pill. See my thread in off topic about my PMT yesterday http://www.pregnancyforum.co.uk/forum/v ... hp?t=32592. I'm feeling much better today though.

My AFs are lighter now than when I was on pill, got more PMT now though

I was put on the pill at young age to help my period pains, I think if you have heavy painful periods the pill regulates them and makes them lighter, so when you come off the pill they return to the way they were prior to starting the pill - in my case they are more painful. Thats just my experience tho, sure everyones different.
