AF Showed After 7 Weeks!!! What Next??

Hi Ladies,

So my AF showed on Tuesday after 7 weeks

I'm not sure why i was so late, Iv always been regular.

I'm not sure whats happening with my cycle now.

When should i start using OPK's?

Did you use opk's the last time and did you do any pregnancy tests?
Were you stressed out or taking any medication that could have had an impact on your AF?

It depends on how long your cycles normally are before you start using opk's. Some say from 9 days onwards up until you get a positive xx

Get the t'internet cheapies. They're cheap as chips so you can get a ewhole load and POAS as much as you want. When I was first pinning down my cycle I used them morning and night every day after AF went so I was sure I wouldn't miss OV.
