AF is 5 weeks long and still going... any idea?

Morning ladies!

So this is my first AF since my gorgeous little boy was born 12 weeks ago. I bled for 6 weeks after giving birth which gradually became lighter and then just stopped. I was back to normal for only 1 week and then my AF started. So far its been 5 weeks long and im still cramping and by the looks of the flow it isn't ready to trail away just yet!

This is my second child and I don't remember this happening after my first! Any ideas ladies? Has this happened to anybody else? X

After Grace I had usual bleeding for 6 weeks then 2 weeks break and AF paid a visit, although it wasn't as long as yours I had AF every
2-3 weeks lasting 7-10days for about another 3-4 months. Started to get really fed up then it just sorted itself out
