Advice/suggestions for rash?

Lalya has had a very red dry rash on her face and some on her chest for about a wk now. I took her to the Dr. and she said it's "Neonatal inflammation" which is apparently common for babies with sensitive skin and clears up on it's own. I have been using Oilatum in the bath (as suggested by Dr.) but wondered if anyone had any good suggestions for very gentle moisturisers for body/face, prefferably something natural or organic that will help settle the dryness?

avent magic cream , my god it helped lelands face and that got so bad it would bleed and the cream helped over night !

A cream I got from the docs called Double Base.... it's a water based one, really mild... more like a gel than a cream

My HV used to recomend Olive Oil or Vaseline too... never tried myslef but may be worth a shot

You can use aqueous cream, i was told to use it on my son's baby acne and i use it on his dry skin now.
