Advice please

Hi has anyone had a cold or has got a cold, what remedies can you recommend. I have a stinker and need something other than paracetamol. Thanks guys. Xx

Warm black current always Soothes my throat lol. Mostly the normal ones Vicks in boiling water I red was ok if ur pregnant xxx

Fresh honey and lemon in hot water is awesome!!! And remember you can take paracetamol x x

I just got rid of a cold, I just stayed in for a few days, had some soothers and used the vicks nasal inhaler. Hope you feel better soon x
