Advice needed please

Hey ladies since bout 10am this morning I have been having what feels like contraction pains in my back. Also keep going light headed with cloudy vision. Both coming and going not regular though. don't wanna make fuss as sure it's nothing but what do u all think? X

oh no that doesnt sound pleasent. I would just lie down abit, get a cold drink and eat a piece of fruit incase your sugar level low and could even be low blood pressure with the light headedness etc but I would defo call MW if it doesnt go very soon but light headedness can usually be sugar levels or blood pressure the pain could be baby moving or growing pain even xx

make sure you drink lots too - i often feel a bit woozy in the morning as I've gone all night without any water - usually feel better after downing a pint of water so its dehydration that causes it for me
